1. Listing on the GiveBackWorks website
All members receive their very own microsite with contact details, who they are, what they do and any special offers that they wish to promote. These microsites when viewed become of interest to Search Engines and optimised accordingly. The member logo is also viewed on the carousel on the front of the website.

2. A GiveBackWorks embossed Business Card Album
The album contains business cards of all current members. These albums are a great way to refer other members whilst also acting as a reminder to work within the group wherever possible.

3. Monthly Members Newsletter
Each month the Area Facilitator produces a letter introducing new members. Contained within the envelope are business cards and flyers from new members. Members place the new business cards within their albums.

4. Fortnightly E-Newsletters
If members want to market their business and any offers through the group they can do so via the e-newsletter. Information on upcoming events and important news are also within the letter.

5. Quarterly Magazine
A local magazine is distributed containing adverts from members with a message to try and do work locally. Contained within the first magazine in any area is a GiveBackWorks Rewards Card delivered free and enticing members of the public to do business with GiveBackWorks members.

6. Members internal messaging service
Within the password protected website members can communicate directly with the decision makers via an internal email service that highlights new messages when members logon. The message is also emailed to ensure the recipient will receive it.

7. SEO based Forums
Once logged onto the website members can post forums that are shown on the front of the website or within the forum section. These have a multiple purpose. To promote themselves, to promote an event, to say thank you and each time someone views the post and clicks a link it increases Search Engine Optimisation.

8. Regular Connecting Events
Each Area Facilitator organises the free monthly connecting events, generally held at a members business premises. The York area connecting events became so popular they had to be split into an evening and a lunch time event.

9. Facilitator Support
The area Facilitator provides advice on how to connect with other members of the group. Often acting as the link to organise meetings and even acting as a fulfilment centre for a vast array of different requests from members.

10. Social Events
When you have several hundred business owners building up relationships it is inevitable that they want to socialise. During the year Summer and Christmas main events are held as well as local go-karting, outdoor pursuits and visits to our restaurant members.
